Since 1984, we have been working tirelessly to turn this vision into reality, leading change in Israel’s most influential arenas. We have spearheaded landmark legal cases like the Alice Miller Supreme Court ruling and the Directors’ Law. We have driven legislative reforms in the Knesset and government, including the Sexual Harassment Prevention Law and the Equal Pay Act. We lead public discourse on women’s rights, provide free legal aid to thousands of women every year, and our expertise is recognized in the Knesset, government, and even at the UN. We believe that a more equal society is a better society for everyone. This is not just a “women’s issue”—it is in the interest of society as a whole.
