Civic Trust

Public Trust (A public benefit company LTD), is a non-profit organization founded in 2006, that is dedicated to promoting fairness and good governance in the Israeli business sector. We pursue our goal through work with the business sector, hundreds of businesses that that have committed to comply with our "code of fair conduct"; through annually handling tens of thousands of consumer complaints against businesses in Israel; and processing the data collected through the activities, for research and action with the media and decision makers in order to eliminate problematic practices and promote economic and consumer rights of the whole public, including vulnerable groups in Israeli society. Public Trust specializes in working with the public and decision makers to effect social change by publicizing information and bringing about public awareness on the fundamental socio-economic issues in Israel, thus promoting social justice and equality.
