Yeshivat Hesder Holon

Yeshivat Holon was established thirteen years ago (התשס"ד), from a faith in the immense importance of connecting to the Am-Israel that lives in central Israel, and in the presence of yeshiva and Tora in a place like Holon. The learners, just for their existence here, constitute a focal of Tora that light the whole city, no mention to all the opportunities that we have won no hassle, of action in variety of aspects, as 'Panim El Panim', havruta for everyone that is asking, 'Ahavat Hinam' for giving Shabbat candles and Tefillin; a general revival of the jewish identity in events along the year, etc. It is visible to the eyes how Tora learning of the learners is fertile and empowering as they are connected to the entity of the general public, among all of its variety, in the big city; and on the other hand, the existence itself of the Beit-Midrash among the city is generating tremendous revolution, while the learners just sit and learn. The deep demand from the public is to connection to Tora and Mitzvot, and deepening in the Tora – is amazing and inspirating. The strong stream of positive energies in the city, which was enlarged from the time that the yeshiva was established, is suprising in its rare scope, in a short term of years and by relatively simple, Baruch Hashem. If it’s the educational institutions, the municipal events at the holidays, the crystallization around the Tora in the city, or the lectures and Shabbat days: every day and day.
