About our college Established in 1999, Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem is helping ensure a stronger Jerusalem by positioning it as a technology hub, while empowering young people through equal opportunity access to higher education and career training in engineering. The study of engineering empowers young adults to train in a relevant field and integrate into the workforce as self-sufficient professionals. It also helps cultivate urgently needed engineers for the local high-tech industry. We strive to empower the various populations of Jerusalem through education and training toward a degree and career in engineering, along with the cultural, social, and academic support each student needs to thrive. We also have students from throughout Israel, including both social and geographic periphery areas. Student scholarships Student scholarships have always been a core value and component of our college, as they help ensure access to higher education, to social mobility, and to economic independence for Jerusalem's young people, and for the prosperity of Jerusalem and Israel.
