ADI Jerusalem Volunteers

ADI volunteers are a group of about 150 people, volunteers and National Service girls, youth and adults, from Israel and abroad, whose goal is to fulfill the emotional and social needs of ADI Jerusalem’s 80 residents, based on the belief that residents deserve as full and enjoyable social life as all people. Volunteers organize numerous social activities during the course of the year, including summer and winter camps, Shabbat get-aways, holiday-based activities and more, in addition to ongoing weekly activity centered on individual involvement with specific residents, group volunteering and special projects. The special relationship woven between the Center’s volunteers and residents is unique, significantly contributing to residents’ development, instilling feelings of partnership and true friendship.
