A Lighthouse of Kedusha and Giving * Tefilla, Shiurim, and Farbrengens The community of Ramat Bet Shemesh Gimmel sees itself as a community of Shlichus. The families of the community and it's institutions, in unity, are dedicated to a holy mission - to serve as a community center to spread the Torah of Chassidus and life in the way of Chassidus to all the residents of the neighborhood, through belief and responsibility to the values of Chassidus and the way and Torah of the Rebbe. Naturally, the center for the community and the activities is the Beis Chabad. We believe that the Shul is not just a home for the Chabad community members. On the contrary, the Shul is a lighthouse, a unique center for Torah and Chassidus to all residents of the neighborhood, stressing the common denominator amongst us being the children of Am Yisrael, Jews with a G-dly soul. Specifically one who learns Torah and fulfills Mitzvos needs Chassidic warmth, the soul of Chassidus, which give a new appreciation for Avodas Hashem and helps develop authentic appreciation for the fulfillment of Mitzvos, elevating the learning of Torah to higher levels. These are not just aspirations, this is the reality. The doors of the Beis Chabad are never shut, they are open for every Jew, and anyone entering does not feel like an outsider, but sees it as a Shul he can call his. See the growing crowds as Tefillos, Chassidic Farbrengens, Torah shiurim in Nigleh and Chassidus, on Shabbos and the weekday - all these testify: The Beis Chabad is a house with a soul, a spiritual lighthouse spreading Torah and Chassidus to all the colors and stripes of the neighborhoods, recognizing the common denominator of us all, Jews with a G-dly soul. * Children's Programming It is clear to us that we can not create a flourishing community without putting our main focus on the children and youth. The Shabbos children's Minyan, Avos Ubanim, and Mishnayos Be'al Peh programs form the foundation of the children's programs. Giant rallies in the central square on holidays and the Lag B'Omer parade are other major programs focused on the youth. * Women's Programming Farbrengens for women, Rosh Chodesh Events, Lectures, and Activities * 'Chasdei Shayna' - Community Support Beside the Shlichus activity, we believe that the best way of developing a community is through Gemillas Chasadim. Volunteer work, assisting families in need with both physical and spiritual needs, assisting new immigrants to become acclimated in Israel, assisting newborn mothers are some of the activities that take place. * Maon Chabad Nursery The Chabad nursery has earned a reputation as a top nursery in the city, already after one year of operation. * Evening Kolel The evening Kolel for Torah and Chassidus with tests and stipends to serious learners.
