Dualis is dedicated to bridging gaps and fostering employment for at-risk youth in Israel. Each year, we enable 250 diverse young individuals to secure and maintain jobs. We collaborate with a growing network of 40+ employers from various sectors, including restaurants, insurance, technical support, and daycare centers, all committed to our vision and on-the-job training model. With a decade of experience and impactful partnerships with Bank Hapoalim, the L'Oreal Foundation, the Ministry of Labor, the Shashua Family Foundation, and a generous community of private donors, Dualis continues to empower the youth and enrich our society.
