El HaLev

El HaLev is a registered non-profit organization working towards the prevention of physical, emotional and sexual violence through the empowerment of women, teens, children and people with special needs. Our programs apply a unique internationally renowned self-protection method known as Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD), which provides a multi-dimensional solution to dealing with various types of violence. We emphasize conferring confidence building skills, discovering personal resilience, exercising the freedom to choose, managing conflict and coping with potentially dangerous situations. So far El HaLev has successfully worked with hundreds of organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, as well as health and welfare organizations, and hopes to continue its contribution to creating a society in which all people can live safely and with dignity.
