The splendor of the oriental Synagogue

The synagogue and the midrash "Tiferet Mizrach" have been active in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood of the Holy City of Jerusalem for the past 20 years. The community has over 250 households. The synagogue holds prayers on Saturdays and holidays, reading Psalms for children and girls, and various Torah lessons for the general public of the neighborhood. Most of the activity of the association and of the community's rabbi is to bring closer both distant and close in the sense of "Strengthened feeble hands and failed knees adopt", including children who have been thrown out of all frameworks by connecting them to the Torah world and the good values. The association has made a commitment to care and assistance to needy families by food packages and money both for the holidays and regularly. To date, there is no permanent home and the community is considered a movable until the permanent home of the community is established.
