Ma'avarim - Israeli Trans Community

Ma'avarim is a transgender-led non-profit organizaion serving the trans community in Israel. This is the largest trans knowledge center in Israel supporting the entire trans spectrum of all ages, the families and the service providers who assist the trans people. We, at Maavarim, provide training and knowledge to the public service providers. We work with policy makers on issues impacting the trans community, including access to health services, housing, education, violence prevention, suicide prevention, gender marker issues, and National Social and Health Insurance.
