Other times…less so.  Yad Eliezer provides over 2,000 families yearly with store credit, allocated according to family size and need. Instead of pre-packaged baskets, parents choose what their family needs, what their children will actually eat. Because it’s not just about survival. It’s about reclaiming normalcy, about a parent buying their child’s favorite snack without overthinking it. Set up the account  Families receive a credit account at select supermarket chains. 2. Shop with confidence  At checkout, families mention their ID number, and the bill is deducted from their credit account.  3. Reapply & receive additional support  Every few months, families can reapply based on need. Before the Chagim, additional vouchers are available, for groceries and other essentials like clothing.
