The Masorti Movement

The Masorti Movement has been operating at the heart of Israeli society for over forty years. The Movement has dozens of thriving kehillot, the wonderful NOAM youth movement, the Bar/Bat Mitzvah program for children with special needs, daily operation of the Egalitarian Kotel, providing religious services for the entire Israeli public, and more! The Masorti Movement does all this from a Jewish approach of tradition and change, adjusting the Jewish identity to the changing world. The Masorti Movement allows Israelis to experience their Judaism in an inclusive, open and egalitarian way. Providing the possibility to explore, connect, deepen and choose the Jewish identity that suits each and every one of us. A strong Masorti Movement presence in the Jewish state reinforces its Jewish and democratic identity of the State of Israel. Since its establishment the movement in Israel has been strengthening and growing. In order for us to succeed and continue to grow and flourish, even in the face of those who seek to prevent us from doing so, we need you with us!
