Ilan Hanukkah Camp 2022 - Nahalim Youth

For over 20 years we have been volunteering in Moshav Nahalim for a camp for children with physical disabilities from the ILAN organization. 30 children with special needs come from all over the country, for five days of experience and fun. Our goal at the camp is to disconnect them from the difficult and painful routine of their lives in order to give them and their parents strength to continue their daily struggles. At the summer camp, each trainee is joined by two teenagers who accompany him during the camp and take care of all his needs from morning to evening. The camp has about 15 children with physical disabilities and about 15 girls on the autistic continuum.
