The Tzadik Fund was established at the request of Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu ztzel to help especially the graduates of the Hesder Yeshiva. Although the association has been operating for more than 20 years in distributing food, it is specifically adapted to the graduates of the Preparatory and Hesder Yeshiva. In 2002, the association trained the women of Avrach to study graphics and in 2006 established the project " To spread wings - professional training". In 2022, the association renewed its activity on the recommendation of Dr. Yuval Shiloni, an economics lecturer at Bar Ilan University (formerly), in which the association helps graduates of the Hesder yeshiva and their wives in financing professional training studies. Among the rabbis recommending: Rabbi Haim Druckman, Rabbi Aryeh Stern Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Hanan Porat ztzel, Rabbi Dov Lior and most of the leaders of the Hesder Yeshivas.
