Remembering those who live.

Today, we will all stop for a moment and together take care of hungry Holocaust survivors in Israel in 2023. This year, let's not just pause and listen to the siren – let's work together for the Holocaust survivors who are still living with us in poverty and hunger. Let's make them happy in the last years of their lives and give all lonely Holocaust survivors, who are still waiting for a hot meal, hope for the coming year. We remember the lives that were lost in the Holocaust. Today, more than ever, we remember those who are still with us. The Jewish People must unite for them! No Holocaust survivor should have an empty fridge. More than 40,000 Holocaust survivors live beneath the poverty line, undernourished and in need of your support. We are here for them all year. We work for them in the field, going door to door with our amazing volunteers, so that no Holocaust survivors will be hungry in Israel, but sadly thousands still suffer from hunger and undernourishment. The organization Living with Dignity has worked on behalf of Holocaust survivors for over 30 years and is at the forefront of the struggle against poverty and hunger. We will continue to work for them every day, so they are full and healthy. Their presence with us is a gift; let's show them our appreciation and show we love them and are by their side all year. Help us go door to door and delight them with a hot and tasty meal that puts the smiles back on their faces. As part of these activities, we set up a giant kitchen built entirely from donations by wonderful people like you, which creates hot and nutritious meals daily that reach thousands of elderly and Holocaust survivors in need – over 2,500 meals a day straight to their door with a big hug and a supportive smile. This is an emergency fundraising journey to raise a million hot meals for them! Any donation – large or small – makes an enormous difference. Give us the power to help (or save) them.
