Legal reform and the deportation of illegal immigrants

The phenomenon of illegal infiltration has made many Israelis hostage in their neighborhoods in South Tel Aviv and other places. While the last governments and the Knesset tried with all their might to curb the phenomenon, it was the jurists and the High Court that prevented them from doing so, sometimes without any source in the law for the authority to do so. The Israeli Center for Immigration Policy carries out research and legal activity that helps the authorities in dealing with the phenomenon and reveals to them its dimensions. In recent years we have made many achievements and now the time has come to press much harder. Your donation will help us finance important research hours and effective legal representation.
