We, the Yamer Yaakov association, are honored to present the variety of our activities, which include a variety of activities and lectures that are individually tailored to the various populations that the association provides service to. The association has a center with two large halls and a synagogue and the activity is carried out in the Neve Amal neighborhood in Herzliya. Program for the elderly Herzliya in general and the Neve Amal neighborhood is full of elderly people, some of whom are infirm and some of whom even suffer from dementia in various stages, who spend their days at home in solitude, most of them have a religious and oriental orientation and have very low income characteristics, these elderly people do not find their place in the existing frameworks in the city because the frameworks do not provide an appropriate cultural and values response for these elderly people. The meeting place of this population is usually in the synagogues three times a day, but they come for the purpose of prayer and not for a social purpose, their agenda varies between staying at home and going to the synagogue, and during the rest of the hours they sit idly and spend their days wandering around or sitting aimlessly at home. The goals of the club 1. It is to maintain a social framework that provides suitable cultural, spiritual and social values that will be a center of attraction for this precious community. 2. To be a center and center of attraction for social activity adapted to all hours of the day. 3. Tradition trips and getting to know the country with the help and accompaniment of teenagers. 4.
