With You Throughout the Journey

The With You All the Way volunteer initiative, was founded in 2022 by Ms. Nurit Levy, wife of the (former) Knesset Chairperson, in cooperation with Woman to Woman, and its purpose is to train volunteer-mentors so support women who have left shelters for victims of violence as well as halfway apartments on their journey towards independence, and at the same time, to create a support network in the community for these women.  The initiative aims to expand to additional collaborations, beyond those that exist today.  The volunteer-mentors, go through a professional training course of several months, which is given by a professional team. The training continues throughout the volunteer work, providing the mentors with tools to understand the challenges that the women face. The cost of training the volunteers is high: approximately NIS 70,000 per training course. To this end, we would greatly appreciate your support and contribution, which will be earmarked towards to the important goal of assisting women who have left the circle of violence, on their journey towards independent lives.
