We believe that once you give the power to make a change to the residents it makes a great impact on the long term Through various activities we empower teens that live in the neighborhood : • Establishment of activity centers, community gardens, renovation of buildings throughout the neighborhood in cooperation with the residents 3 times a year (on the holidays) we gather the female leaders to a unique camp- three days of leadership training and personal development Community events
