Beit Midrash "Derech Chaim" was recognized by the Ministry of Defense as the first Haredi hesder yeshiva in Israel. The Yeshiva was established four years ago, in the belief that even a Haredi man who observes Jewish law can and must serve the country and also provide for his home with dignity. The program we formed on the basis of these principles is spread over four years. During the first two years, the student studies two
sdarim- morning and afternoon, and later in the evening he studies for a bachelor's degree in computers/cyber. in
the third and forth years he serves in intelligence and technology units on a daily basis, coming back to yeshiva for night studies.
We are at the beginning of the fifth year, our first three classes serve in IDF, some are married, we have more than 100 students in total, and the demand is growing each year.
