Merchav was born out of frustration: in an era where approximately 15% of students perform below academic norms, 10% live with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and another 10% face emotional challenges. Instead of putting out fires, we build a resilience-based framework that provides immediate support to 100-120 students in every school, while transforming the entire educational climate
