Striving for excellence, Talmud Torah Dvir emphasizes:
• Torah learning
• Strong Midot (character)
• Chesed (kindness) activities
• General studies such as math, science and language
Dvir is a year-in and year-out journey of learning Torah and appreciating the Land of Israel.
Our educational approach is based on the now famous “Rav Zilberman Method,” founded on the thousands-year-old teaching in Masechet Avot, “A five-year-old should learn Torah, a ten-year-old should learn Mishnah…”
The devotion and dedication of our staff, the involvement and confidence of the parents, and the great energies invested by the children all combine to produce a beautiful display of growth in Torah. These children bring the world closer to Hashem, as it says, (Sifre D’agadadeta Al Esther) “The world exists due to the breath from the lips of children in the Houses of Torah Learning.”
