DFP created what they call "a cycle of giving:" In the first stage, they rescue dogs slated for termination from impounds, take them into their sheltered kennel, and train them. Training is done by professionals with the help of youths at risk and people with special needs who had been trained for that. Once trained, our young guides take the dogs to various children institutions, hostels, schools, and so on.
