The Yerushalaim Movement is gradually elevating two mitzvot: appointing judges and Talmud Torah.
From a communal existence, as was practiced in exile, to a national existence, as will be practiced in the future by the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem.
In exile the people of Israel were dispersed into communities, and when they gather in the Land of Israel they must return to worshiping God as a people. To observe mitzvot together, as one people. To connect communities to the people, now also in the holy place.
The Jerusalem movement has an all-Israeli spiritual leadership, hundreds of rabbis from all circles. Every yeshiva head, yeshiva rabbi, and head of a court is invited to membership in the association.
The association's enterprises:
Shelom Yerushalaim - the Torah legal system.
Dorshey Yerushalaim - Beit Midrash Clal Yisraeli.
