The association was established in the year of 5748 (1988).
The goals of the association are: Construction of a synagogue and community-spiritual center for the welfare of residents of Be'er Sheva and its surroundings.
Our vision is to build the synagogue as a replica of Tunis's Great Synagogue, the capital of Tunisia.
Meanwhile, the conference hall has been built, and is used for the prayers and for the current activities of the association.
The community center, with God's help, will include a mikveh for men, a mikveh for women, a subsidized bridal salon, a conference hall, a museum of Tunisian Jewry and a Torah library.
Current activities: Distribution of food for the needy, Prepering boys for Bar Mitzvah, Torah lessons etc.
