Our National Initiative

In partnership with the Home Front Command, the Center for Local Government, government ministries, and local authorities, we are building a nationwide civilian emergency preparedness and aid network. The initiative helps local authorities access essential civilian and medical equipment, organize resources, and coordinate assistance with neighboring communities when emergencies arise.

Our model combines strategically positioned warehouses, supply-chain management, technology-enabled inventory transparency, volunteer mobilization, and inter-authority cooperation. By sharing resources and coordinating efforts, communities can respond faster, reduce unnecessary costs, and ensure that essential supplies reach those who need them most.

Proven Results on the Ground

Our work has already delivered measurable results:

• 86 local authorities joined the initiative.
• 26 emergency warehouses delivered.
• 7 regional clusters established.
• 141 communities and settlements represented across these clusters.

During recent emergency operations, we helped deliver essential equipment to affected communities across Israel, including Bat Yam, Be’er Sheva, Rehovot, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Lod, and Tamra. We also facilitated the sharing and rapid transfer of essential resources between local authorities to address urgent needs.
