Thousands of teenagers in the State of Israel have dropped out of the education system and need therapeutic help, and a secure home that will accept them as they are and envelop them in love. The "Shifra - Simply Love" NGO establishes educational frameworks and sheltered homes for prospective youth throughout the country, and plans to open more frameworks as needed in cooperation with the Ministry of Welfare and local authorities.
