The generous donations received from our donors enables Keren Kamah, to put food on the table of Zichron’s struggling families every week.
Families who receive support from Keren Kamah, go through a selection process by Social Services of Local Council of Zichron Yaakov. They recommend qualified families. In return, each family receives food funds from Keren Kamah, which will last on average between three to six months.
In addition, families can also receive financial support for medical costs not covered by insurance as well as educational needs.
All donations go directly to our families in need. The money does not go towards any salaries. Keren Kamah is run by volunteers.
