Tal Hama was established in 2015 by a group of doctors, nurses and therapists that joined forces to support cancer patients and their families.
Tal Hama was certified as a not-for-profit organization in Israel in August 2016, and patients have been coming to the center in Harduf ever since.
At the center, individual therapies are integrated into a week of therapeutic group sessions, uniquely structured to awaken personal strengths within each of the participants. Presently, these weekly sessions are recognized and subsidized by Israel’s two largest HMOs (Clalit and Maccabi) as a rehabilitative component following oncological treatments.
