Kiryat Hanoar Galil Eliyon Kiryat Shmona is an organizaion which deals in treatment and promotion of welfare and education activities in Kiryat Shmona and the region , focusing particularly on the marginalized youth at risk, but also taking care of elderly Holocaust survivors from the former Soviet Union.
The organization supplies a broad basket of services and a variety especially to vulnerable populations both the young and the elderly, and in addition, the institution operates a branch for the Arab village of Ghajar.
