The association was established more than 30 years ago in order to support and assist the public in need who turn to the Gamilot Hasadim and mutual aid fund in providing financial loans and grants. The association also helps local charities.
The association works to raise funds inside and outside the settlement at fundraising events.
The association has no employees and no expenses. All operating expenses are funded by the board members who operate the association and all of them work on a full volunteer basis.
