De'ah is a non-profit organization, established by members of Kibbutz Pelech, and other friends, with the aim of collectively organizing the social activities of the kibbutz members.
The association is involved in education, training educators, social philosophy, establishing communities in the Israeli periphery areas, and promoting the growth and sustainability of communities.
