Tova Uvracha, established in 2017 in Jerusalem, is dedicated to assisting families and
individuals in financial distress. Our aim is to rehabilitate families throughout the
country who have sunk into heavy debt or have otherwise fallen below the poverty line
by helping them stay afloat until they return to gainful employment.
