Aspamia Ensemble

Aspamia Ensemble is an independent theater ensemble founded in 2003 by actress, director, and playwright Dalia Shimko. For more than two decades, the ensemble has created dozens of original productions and stage adaptations that have earned wide acclaim from both audiences and critics.

Aspamia’s work is characterized by personal, courageous, and uncompromising theater that explores social, psychological, and political themes, while placing women’s voices and a unique artistic language at its center. The ensemble is leaded by a deep belief in the power of independent theater to touch, move, provoke thought, and create a profound human connection with its audience.
