The lack of advanced medical equipment meant we couldn't adequately monitor and assess the soldier's condition. Should we risk more lives for an immediate evacuation, or wait in hope? This dilemma was a stark reminder of our limitations. The IDF, despite its extensive capabilities, has constraints. Budgetary and logistical factors mean that certain advanced medical devices are not readily available. This includes life-saving equipment like the Corpus 3T Monitor and Automatic Ventilator—essential in critical and immediate care situations, especially in the constrained and unpredictable environment of terror tunnels.
