Hike for Hope 2024

Some 20 years ago, a group of hikers banded together to explore the most beautiful parts of Israel and at the same time raise essential funds for Tsad Kadima. This year’s 20th Anniversary Hike for Hope will comprise DAY HIKES IN THE JERUSALEM AND NORTHERN DEAD SEA AREA on Wed. April 10 and Thurs. April 11 (with an optional hike on Fri. April 12).  The money raised by the 20th Anniversary Hike for Hope this year will be used to directly benefit young adults with complex physical disabilities who attend the Tsad Kadima Adult Day Center in Jerusalem, which is celebrating a decade since it was founded. The center provides essential educational and rehabilitative programs for these young adults, and special activities including an accessible music program, Bira Kadima - Israel's first micro-brewery run by people with disabilities, an academic program with a nearby teacher's college and more.  The Israeli government provides some 75% of Tsad Kadima’s annual budget.
