Support groups and empowerment to build resilience for the communities of the south of israel

With the outbreak of the War, many people face mental hardship and need professional emotional support for themselves and their family members who were directly affected by the events. eychut beshikum operates support groups for families dealing with mental crisis situation and for people who have been evacuated from their homes.  Throughout the groups, families will develop resilience and process the trauma they have suffered. Oz Le Nefesh project will provide much needed support ,by groups and professional lectures on developing resilience and dealing with traumas and life crises. The lectures and groups are held free of charge We would appreciate your support and help in spreading the information so that we can reach more people who need help.
