The book of unity in memory of the Peretz team

The Pertz Unit fought bravely against over 200 terrorists on 7/10, using their weapons until they ran out of ammunition, fighting with their bodies until their last drop of blood. The unit symbolizes the deep mutual commitment within the people of Israel, where religious and secular, city dwellers and kibbutz members stand together, defend together, and fight together for the benefit of all Israeli citizens! We, 12th grade students at Tzvia Ktiv in Binyamin, decided not to overlook the heroic story that unfolded before us. We set aside preparations for our end-of-year party and took the initiative to commemorate Pertz Unit: Captain Daniel Pertz, Staff Sergeant Itay Chen, Sergeant Tomer Livovich, may their memory be a blessing. We call upon everyone who feels connected to this way of life, of deep partnership, the covenant between all of us, Jews living in the land—from the city and the village, religious and secular—to join the initiative.
