The Ein Prat Academy for Leadership, Israel’s elite institute of leadership, offers a diverse range of pre-military leadership academies aimed at training Israel’s next generation of IDF officers and commanders of the highest caliber. Our participants undergo rigorous training in every aspect – physically, mentally, and academically – paving the way for exceptional military service. As Ein Prat alumni, they enlist in the IDF better prepared and highly skilled, while driven by a deep sense of commitment and responsibility toward the future of the State of Israel­. Background Ein Prat is the sole pre-military institution with a formal agreement with the IDF. At a time when Israel is in dire need of more soldiers, our goal is to prepare approximately 1,200 high school graduates each year for their upcoming military service. Although thousands of applicants are drawn to Ein Prat’s academies annually, our current capacity cannot accommodate them all. To meet this growing demand, Ein Prat is expanding its programs to include an additional 5 first-year academies and one second-year program. This expansion comes hand-in-hand with the need to make these programs accessible to diverse participants from across the vibrant spectrum of Israeli society, ensuring that our future leaders represent the full breadth of our nation’s talent and potential. Support the Participants of Our Scholarship Fund Ein Prat is proud to announce the Ein Prat Pre-Military Leadership Academy Scholarship Fund, designed to support Israel’s passionate young adults in developing the skills needed to excel in their IDF military service. As Ein Prat alumni, these participants will become exceptional officers and commanders, making a lasting impact at a time when Israel needs them most. How You Can Help • Donate to the Ein Prat Pre-Military Leadership Academy Scholarship Fund: Your generous support is crucial in providing scholarships for participants in our newly established academies. It takes $14,000 to fund one participant’s annual tuition. In the upcoming year, Ein Prat will be establishing 5 new academies, each with approximately 25 participants – many of whom, we anticipate, will require financial assistance.
