Dear friends and family,
As many of you know, I grew up in a household where health was a constant challenge. With an uncle who was wheelchair-bound, an aunt with a rare heart syndrome, and a mother who is deaf in one ear, my family learned to find solutions and embrace life’s challenges.
People with special needs deserve equality and a normal lifestyle. It’s our duty as a society to support them and their families.
The costs of caring for a child with special needs are overwhelming! The Shalva organization is dedicated to helping these children and supporting them in incredible ways. This year, following the war, Shalva is supporting hundreds of children with special needs from the Gaza border area. This mission is close to my heart!!
I’m combining my love for sports with a cause I deeply care about by dedicating the New York Marathon to raising funds for Shalva. My goal is to raise 10,000 $
Here’s how you can help:
1. Donate
any amount you can. Every dollar counts!
2. Share this post to spread the word.
3. Support
me by cheering me on during the marathon.
Let’s make a difference together! Open your hearts and wallets to support these amazing children.
Donate now and be a part of this incredible journey!
Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive society.
Yours,
Dorit
