B”H Strengthening Eretz Kama Farm "A dream is the most practical thing" Naomi Shemer We, Golan, and Hila Taller, are establishing Eretz Kama Farm, a project which has been our vision and dream for years, to turn barren, rocky hills into environment- friendly, fruitful, green areas. Following the murder of Meir Tamari HY”D , near Hermesh, we recognized the need to reinforce the Jewish presence in northern Samaria. The farm is located on a hill near the Hermesh community, near Hadera river and Tel Narbata, the biblical city "Arubot” (“Chimneys") of the days of King Solomon and an important Jewish community during the Second Temple era. The farm is already active in abidence and in legal compliance with government authorities, with the initial project being the establishment of a vineyard of grapes to be complimented by free-ranging cattle in natural harmony and mutually beneficial symbiosis later, to maintain and improve thousands of acres of state land. In the first week of our arrival on the ground, terrorists attempted to harm us and placed an explosive device at the gate of the farm. We survived. Our peaceful, Jewish response is to rise early each morning in thankfulness, to continue cultivating, improving and bringing blossom to the barren hills as we reconnect to our roots in the land of Israel. Recruitment goals: 1. Construction of facilities for soldiers and security. 2. Strengthening the safety and security elements of the farm. 3. Strengthen and develop agriculture and nurture the free-ranging cattle herd  4. Strengthen, protect and maintain state lands. 5. Build facilities and provide hot meals for volunteers. 7.
