A Torah scroll in memory of Jonathan Rom and the victims of the Nova Party.

We invite you to join us in an extraordinary project to write and dedicate a Torah scroll in memory of the heroic Yonatan Rom, z"l. In the Letters of Memory and Hope: We will create a unique Torah scroll to honor the memory of Yonatan Rom and uplift the souls of all the victims of the Nova Party massacre on the seventh of October. Yonatan Rom, z"l, a courageous soul, was tragically murdered at the Nova party on Black Shabbat while bravely attempting to rescue fellow revelers. He was the beloved eldest son of Limor and Tomer Rom, and a cherished brother to Alona and Noam. Yonatan was a righteous young man, full of heart and emotion. He loved life, enjoyed spending time with friends, radiated tremendous optimism, respected his parents, and was always ready to help anyone in need. Born in South Carolina, USA, Yonatan immigrated to Israel at the age of three and grew up in Har Hadar. In 2018, he joined the Artillery Corps, serving with dedication and love for three years in a commanding position. After his service, Yonatan worked as a bartender in Jerusalem and, after saving enough, embarked on a life-enriching journey to South America. To perpetuate his memory and continue Yonatan's legacy, we have decided to write a Torah scroll in his honor. This Torah scroll will symbolize the eternal values and love that Yonatan embodied. Each letter and word will be a sign of remembrance and hope, carrying Yonatan's spirit and continuing his enlightened path. We ask you, dear friends, to help us realize this dream. Your donation will contribute to the writing of a Torah scroll that will commemorate Yonatan, a man who touched the lives of so many. Together, we can create a living, breathing memory that will continue to illuminate and guide our community. Let us come together to write a Torah scroll in memory of the late Yonatan Rom and provide future generations with a symbol of faith, love, and hope. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us closer to this noble goal and help us keep Yonatan's memory alive in our hearts and in the lives of our community. Thank you for your support and generosity, The Rom Family
