Help Make Reishit Degancha Accessible to All

For many Jewish communities worldwide, the shul is the heart of the community – a  place where people come together to daven, learn, and grow. To achieve this goal, the shul needs to be inclusive of everyone. At Reishit Degancha, a growing shul in the Dagan neighborhood of Efrat, we share this vision.  Meet Refael. Refael and his family are active members of the Reishit Degancha community. Refael has cerebral palsy and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. Unfortunately, our shul currently lacks an elevator, making it difficult for Refael and others with mobility challenges to fully participate in community events, such as kiddush and social functions, limiting their ability to be part of the broader social life of the shul. We are asking for your help to change this. By installing an elevator, we can ensure that Reishit Degancha is a truly inclusive place, where everyone can feel welcome and fully engaged.
