FULFILLING ZAMIRS DREAM

The holy Zamir Pinchas Burk, may his memory be a blessing, Hero of Israel, was more than a soldier. He was a leader, a friend, and a light to everyone who came into contact with him. For five years of his life, he dedicated himself to special needs children as a mentor and coordinator at the "Et-La'asot" organization in Beit Shemesh, spreading warmth, humanity, compassion, and love wherever he went: among students, mentors, and families. His mother Tamar, may she be well, tells: "...his dream was to build a permanent structure for the branch, a warm and welcoming home for the children, a place where they could grow and develop." He saw their future as his own future and invested all his efforts to ensure them a better future. Zamir , may his memory be a blessing, was a role model for all of us. He taught us about compassion, giving, and the importance of believing in dreams. Now, we are realizing his dream. We are building a structure in his name, a building that will serve as a warm home for children, just as Zamir was a warm home for everyone he knew. In collaboration with the Beit Shemesh Municipality, we are building a structure in his memory (around 180 square meters) that will serve as a warm home for children with special needs and a community center that empowers and strengthens their families. Every donation, big or small, will bring us one step closer to realizing the shared dream.
