Join us in completing this important project: Establishing a warm home next to Emek Medical Center for children with cancer and their families. Since the passing of our daughter Tamar from cancer, the association has been focused on supporting families dealing with cancer and loss. We are committed to helping families face the tough challenges of this disease, offering assistance not only on the medical level but also on the emotional and psychological levels. At the "B’derech Tamar" association, we provide support to families facing serious illnesses and bereavement. We understand the pain, worries, and challenges that accompany this grueling battle, which is why we are here—to surround families with warmth, offer them a safety net, love, and support. This year, we managed to partially purchase a spacious house in Afula, near the hospital. This house is more than just a place to stay—it is a refuge of hope, a place where families can rest between visits, reconnect, and receive professional help from holistic therapists. Here, they are given tools to cope with the pain through workshops and lectures led by a caring and professional team. Our association’s team includes psychologists, social workers, and holistic therapists—all working voluntarily, driven by a deep desire to help and support. We provide bereaved families with the necessary tools to alleviate their pain and bring a little light back into their lives. In order to continue this fight and keep the house open, we urgently need a donation of $300,000. Your contribution will allow us to complete the purchase of the warm house and purchase the missing equipment, enabling us to provide much-needed support to many families.
