Beit el-Meem As LGBTQ+ individuals from the Arab community, we experience double discrimination based on different aspects of our identity. This discrimination has only worsened recently. While our needs and challenges continue to grow, resources are shrinking. In these difficult times, we at Beit el-Meem (بيت الميم) are proud to be a refuge, offering real support to our community members and helping them face hardships. For four years, we have provided support, community, encouragement, and protection to those in need during their most difficult moments—especially in challenging times like war. Our Achievements So Far:• Support During War: We have assisted dozens of individuals during the war, providing them with emotional and social security in critical moments. • Advancing Equality and Rights: We have launched exceptional campaigns to raise awareness and change perceptions of the LGBTQ+ community. • Building Communities: We have created safe spaces for dialogue, empowerment, and support within our society. • Legal Support: We have stood by our community members in the face of discrimination and injustice.
