Maale Amos Security

We are calling upon our Jewish brothers and sister to partner with us on behalf of our community and our children. We are in a life and death situation. This is true Pekuach Nefesh. A first Response Team of father's from our Yishuv has been established. Each participant has received military training and is ready to respond in a moment’s notice. These efforts to save lives and protect our children requires Proper equipment is needed to help train and outfit the FRT. Additionally there is surveillance technology available that can assist our community. Cameras that can detect an intruder from a distance and in inclement weather. Our goal is to create a Protection System that will allow our families to sleep peacefully. Ma'ale Amos, was founded in 1981 in the Gush Etzion region. A community of 150 families at present and rapidly growing. The children are being raised in a positive religious environment where a Torah lifestyle is meaningful and enjoyable for them. Our Yishuv even has its own ambulance and team of medics. However Danger is still a reality of life in our area. The army response time can take about 20 minutes sometimes even longer. This creates a gap in the protection of the community and leaves everyone at risk. Any donation amount will be helpful and very much appreciated! Thank you
