Jordan River Village - Celebrating Life!

Jordan River Village is unique as the only place in Israel enabling children living with serious, chronic or life threatening conditions, to enjoy memorable, medically safe camping sessions free of charge. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the Village has been forced to cancel all planned sessions and this incredible dream, that has positively transformed a difficult daily reality for almost 13,000 children and their families, currently faces a crisis that threatens its survival. Most donations have stopped and the annual fund raising gala has been cancelled. While there are currently no campers at the Village, we’re working hard to bring JRV’s special camp spirit to our kids via social media on our very own “Cheer-Up Channel”. Jordan River Village campers suffer from serious illnesses such as cancer, CP, CF, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, hemophilia and epilepsy placing them in an extremely high risk category necessitating strict home isolation conditions during this time of COVID-19. Your support will enable these seriously ill children to once again truly Celebrate Life by participating in fun filled and empowering camp sessions when this crises passes.
