The story of the campaign- Imagine getting up in the morning without being able to filter out unbearable noises, any noise in the environment was experienced as threatening, scents were experienced for you unbearably and very loudly and in addition to the hard feelings you had no way to communicate and express your distress, for our heroic students at Lee-or School, contestants <- WHAT IS THIS? Every day with such experiences, this is the reality. Guy cannot bear loud noises, Michal is very sensitive to strong scents and Moshe must swing with all his strength to relax . Children with autism experience the world as a threatening factor, invasive and incomprehensible. Their senses are under constant attack, which will ( DELETE WILL AND ADD IS )often be (DELETE THE WORD BE) difficult to bear. They are more sensitive to lights, smells (DELETE S), noises and touch (DELETE TOUCH AND ADD HAVE SENSORY SENSITIVENESS ). They want to communicate, but they (DELETE THEY) cannot. They want to understand but fail. It is difficult for them to explain, resulting in our difficulty to understand them. Lee-Or School is a growing school, with children at (DELETE AT) ages 6 to 12, who are diagnosed with autism (ASD) at medium and low level of functioning. At the moment the school is situated in a temporary structure, and is expected to move to a new building on September (DELETE ON AND ADD AT) 2021, and expected to grow (DELETE TO GROW AND ADD ACCEPT UP ) to 90 children. In preparation for the move to the new building, the parental leadership is raising money to equip the new school with sensory regulation facilities, thus increasing our ability to help these children.The facilities will provide better protection and enveloping (LAST TIME I DELETE THIS AND ADDED SOMETHING ELSE. I DIDN'T USE THIS WORD) environment that allows children to develop at the required pace and with the mediation that is right for them. Autism is unpredictable, but children who receive appropriate developmental support and assistance will evolve surprisingly. To do this we need your contribution. Become partners and give a little boost to the realization of their abilities and great success. Together we will be there for them.
