Annual fundraising week

"Nehenim B'Noam" is a non-profit (46A) initiative to empower children in the social and geographic periphery by giving them extracurricular activities they could not otherwise afford. The programs are operated by young volunteers, and was established in memory of Noam Ivgy, ob"m. We operate workshops in various fields (including dance, art, music, cooking, agriculture, and homework help) that provide a framework and opportunity for acquiring life skills. The tools we provide to the students will help them to develop with fewer limitations, and help ensure a better future for them. We also run a computer lab, fixing and providing donated laptops to kids who need them. We aim to cultivate a quality team by developing young leaders, while providing them with a significant and nurturing volunteer framework. We need the community's help to continue our essential activity in the coming year, expand existing programs, open additional programs, and strengthen the growth engine we provide to each student and volunteer. Our projects are carried out in partnership with the Zinman Community Center in the heart of Bet Shemesh, and the Keshet Center in Givat Sharett.
